Terms of Participation

Acceptance of Loss

We provide a platform for participating in games of chance. While we strive to ensure our platform and smart contracts are secure, transparent, and fair, we cannot guarantee their security. By using our platform, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk, and you accept the possibility of financial loss. You absolve us of any responsibility for such losses.

Tickets

Purchase Limits: You can buy an unlimited number of tickets; however, each transaction is limited to 20 tickets. This limit is intended to minimize gas fees, as each ticket is a unique NFT minted to your purchasing wallet. Ticket Ownership: Tickets are unique and permanently tied to the wallet used for purchase. If you lose access to this wallet, you forfeit your tickets and any associated prizes. Prizes can only be claimed by the original winning wallet (public key). Under no circumstances can we transfer prizes to a different wallet. Forfeited prizes will be reclaimed by the platform and used in future raffles.

End Date

Each raffle is initialized with an end date, which may operate under one of two models:

• Flexible End Date (Initial Model): The raffle end date is extended indefinitely until all tickets are sold.
• Epoch-Based End Date (Future Releases): The end date is fixed as an epoch. If the raffle does not meet its goal by the epoch's conclusion, the prize amount will be reduced, and a new epoch of the same duration will begin. This process repeats until the raffle concludes with a winner or is automatically canceled, triggering refunds.

Consensus for Raffle Cancellations

If a raffle is canceled due to insufficient interest, we may offer two options to participants:

• Refunds: All participants can claim refunds for their tickets.
• New Epoch: Participants may vote to reinitialize the raffle with the original prize goal.

Cancellations and Refunds

In cases of low demand, the satoshie_app team reserves the right to cancel a raffle. Refunds will be enabled, and participants will be responsible for claiming their refunds, calculated as:

Please note that gas fees may apply when claiming refunds.

Gas Fees

Users acknowledge that all transactions on the platform—including ticket purchases, prize claims, and refunds—require ETH to cover gas fees. These transactions occur on-chain and are unavoidable. However, because we utilize an L2 provider like Arbitrum, gas fees are generally minimal.

Claims Period

Unclaimed prizes or refunds must be claimed within 30 days of the announcement. If not claimed within this period, they will be forfeited and transferred to the satoshie_app treasury for use in future games.

Official updates regarding raffles, prizes, and platform changes will be communicated via our Twitter/X account and Telegram group. We recommend following these channels to stay informed.

Giveaways

In giveaways (e.g., $100 worth of ETH), the prize amount is based on the current market value of ETH at the time of transfer to the contract. Due to crypto market volatility, the final value may fluctuate. We are not liable for any changes in value caused by market conditions.
